Bayab African Grown Orange & Marula Gin

Bayab Orange & Marula Gin is a vibrant expression of Africa's rich botanical heritage. Crafted in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, this gin is distilled in copper pot stills using a blend of eight African botanicals, including baobab fruit from Ghana and Zambia, marula fruit, burnt orange peel, cinnamon, coriander, rosemary, juniper berries, and coarse salt from Botswana. The botanicals are steeped for 14 days to extract their full flavor before distillation. The result is a citrus-forward gin with layers of exotic fruit, spice, and a hint of salinity, offering a unique and refreshing taste profile.

Nose: Bright aromas of burnt orange and sweet marula fruit, complemented by subtle hints of juniper and spice.
