Bloomer Creek Vineyard Skin Fermented Dry Gewurztraminer
Fruit from Auten Vineyard, harvested September 30th, was spontaneously fermented for eleven days with the skins and then pressed. One month later the fruit from Morehouse Road Vineyard, was spontaneously fermented for three weeks with skins until dry. Blended together, these fermentations offer a juicy core supported by earthy, dried citrus peel and tannin. Unfined and unfiltered, with minimal S02 only at bottling.
