Domaine Montrose Rose
It is a «saignée» (bleeding) rosé. After harvesting, grenache and Rolle are destemmed and blended in stainless steel vats. We let them macerate for a few hours to extract the finest flavours. Bleeding juice is then fermented at moderate temperature to preserve our terroir’s expression. It is aged on the lees to enhance elegance. A small part of the blend is vinified and aged in oak barrels. At the end of aging, we add a touch of Syrah to the blend to improve balance and complexity.
