The vines are planted on a chalky tufa soil.
The harvest is done early, towards the middle of September, exclusively by hand.
Maturing on slats of 24 months minimum.
Pale yellow color, fine and persistent bubbles
A very fresh nose both floral and fruity, very harmonious
Mouth and aromatic.
