A young unoaked red from Trepat grapes, 40% of which was fermented with the corbonic maceration method. It has some funky notes and light herbal and fruity character that is a little irreverent perhaps. The palate is light with fine tannins and high acidity which is great to have with summer foods. Fun and easy to drink.
Any summer food would go great with this one: salads, grilled meats, corn dogs, etc.
