Taurino Salice Salentino
A beautifully elegant expression of the Negroamaro grape, though small percentages of Malvasia Nera are blended in as well. With time to sit in bottle, the nose speaks to saline minerality, crushed blackberries, and subtle vanilla and cumin spices. Texturally, a satin rose dress.
Pairs contextually well with roasted lamb and herb crusted potatoes, but will welcome a fatty, rare-seared tuna steak.
