Bloomer Creek White Horse Red

A wild yeast fermented blend of seventy percent Cabernet Franc and thirty percent Merlot, named in appreciation of the renowned Right Bank producer, Cheval Blanc. This vintage is from Kim and Deb's vineyard on the west side of Cayuga Lake with soil that is shale derived and naturally high in lime.
