Dolin Génépy le Chamois
ABOUT
ABOUT
Dolin Génépy le Chamois is a traditional 45% ABV high-mountain herbal liqueur from Chambéry, France, crafted following Dolin’s historic 1821 recipe. Embodying the classic spirit of the French Alps, Génépy le Chamois is made by real plant maceration rather than pre-prepared extracts. Hand-harvested Artemisia mutellina flowers (mountain sage)—picked at peak aromatic intensity on high-altitude alpine slopes during midsummer—are combined with over 30 locally sourced alpine herbs. The mixture is then distilled in traditional copper alembic stills and gently balanced.
