Ugabe Unfiltered Txakoli - This fun unfiltered wine drinks somewhere between a white and an orange wine, being aged 6 months on the lees. It boasts a slightly fuller body than your typical Txakoli while bringing bright and zesty notes of citrus and tart apple, along with a sea-breezy minerality and a soft hint of yeast. 

Zudugarai Getaraiko Txakolina -   Established the same year that the DO of Getaria txakolina was established, Bodegas Zudugarai has been lovingly tending the same vineyards for over 40 years. Bright, crystalline, and clean with notes of citrus, fresh herbs, green apple, and a crisp salinity.
