Organic. 100% Pinot Meunier. Blanc de Noirs from Vadin-Plateau's vineyards in the premier cru village Cumières. The grapes ferment with native yeast in stainless steel and then mature for two years on the lees. Malolactic fermentation occurs. The dosage is three grams per liter. This cuvee consists of 80% vintage 2014 and 20% vintage 2013. No fining and filtration. 366 cases produced.
