Mijenta Blanco Tequila

Mijenta Blanco Tequila is a modern expression embracing both tradition and sustainability. Co-founded in 2020 by former Bacardi CEO Mike Dolan alongside master distiller Ana María Romero, Mijenta hails from Jalisco’s red-soiled highlands and is distinguished by its carbon-neutral production and B‚ÄëCorp certifications.

Made from 100% blue Weber agave slow-cooked in brick ovens, fermented using traditional methods, and distilled in pot stills, this tequila is unfiltered and bottled at 40% ABV. Each bottle is hand-numbered, reflecting the brand's artisanal ethos.

On the palate, Mijenta Blanco is refined and expressive—with layers of cooked agave, tropical fruits, and warm spices—perfect for sipping or elegant cocktails.

Nose:
Aromatic and complex, it opens with fragrant notes of cooked agave, cantaloupe, honey, peach, vanilla, and cinnamon.

Palate:
Rich waves of cooked agave sweetness, vanilla, fresh fruits, tropical citrus, and subtle baking spices; herbal and floral undertones linger.

Finish:
Generous and round, with lingering warmth, touches of honey, minerality, black pepper, and a mellow vegetal or salinity that persists gracefully.
