Produced by Bloomer Creek Vineyard, this cuvée is an Alsatian-inspired Edelzwicker blend of Gewürztraminer, Riesling, and Pinot Gris, fermented on the skins to build texture, grip, and aromatic depth. Extended maceration gives the wine its amber hue and gently tannic structure while preserving the freshness driven by Seneca Lake’s cool climate.
