Static settling of the must for 12 hours before assembly of the juice and pommace

Ageing of the macvin for 24 to 36 months in casks (12 months acodring to legislation)

17 % alcohol

180 to 220 g /l residual sugars

Not filtered, and no added So2 before bottling
