The pipeño Portezuelo is produced by Patricio Martinez, in the small village of Panguilemu. Although he owns a small press, he make most of his pipeño through the traditional technique (“pisonear” for 14 days, until the wine dries). He makes both white and red grapes – pais, semillon, moscatel.
