2019 Vinas Serranas "Ciclon" Rufete Vino de la Tierra de Castilla y Leon

The primary, young and fruit-driven 2018 Ciclon is their most approachable Rufete (it had other varieties in the first vintage), produced with grapes from different parts of the Salamanca Mountains. It fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts and matured in a combination of used barriques, oak vats and stainless steel for 10 months.

TastingNotesIt's quite straightforward, with notes of wild berries and integrated oak. It has a soft palate with moderate acidity and fine tannins.
