Distilled at still strength (47% ABV) from mature Blue Weber Agave, this limited-edition tequila embraces ancestral techniques: low-and-slow autoclave cooking, open-air fermentation, and copper-pot distillation, delivering raw, untamed flavor. 
Bottled straight off the still, unfiltered and additive-free, it captures bright citrus zest, bold white pepper, and earthy mineral whispers.

Nose: Cooked agave, citrus zest, white pepper, crushed herbs, and mineral-rich earth.

Palate: Full-bodied and intense, showcasing roasted agave, jalapeño brine, lime peel, wet stone, and hints of anise and salinity.
