The 2024 Santa Julia “El Zorrito” Natural Orange Chardonnay is a vibrant and daring orange wine from Mendoza, produced by Bodega Santa Julia. Crafted from 100% organic Chardonnay grapes, it undergoes a 45-day skin maceration and is fermented with indigenous yeasts, bottled unfiltered, vegan and with minimal added sulfur. 

The result is a golden-apricot hue wine with bold texture, lively acidity and a fresh, expressive profile that still brings elegance.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Aromas of tropical white fruits (ripe pear, pineapple), orange peel and delicate florals dominate the bouquet.

Palate: Medium to full-bodied, with a tactile texture from skin contact underpinning citrus zest, baked stone-fruit and a subtle nutty or tea-like tannic grip.

Finish: Clean, dry and refreshing, with bright acidity leading into lingering citrus zest and a mineral undertone that invites another sip.
