This Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey begins as fully matured Elijah Craig Straight Rye and is then re-barreled in custom toasted new oak barrels for an additional layer of complexity. The secondary toasting process, developed in collaboration with Independent Stave Company, imparts subtle smokiness and enhances the rye's natural spice and sweetness. Bottled at 94 proof, this release stands out with a unique balance of rye spice, sweetness, and toasted wood notes.

Nose: Inviting aromas of toasted oak, crème brûlée, hazelnuts, and almonds, with a touch of milk chocolate and soft baking spices.
