Grown on alluvial, gravel-rich soils at the foothills of the Andes, the vines enjoy warm days balanced by cold mountain nights—conditions that preserve Cabernet Franc’s aromatic clarity while developing deep, ripe fruit.
Grapes are harvested by hand, destemmed, and fermented in stainless steel to highlight purity. A careful élevage in mostly neutral French oak adds softness and quiet spice without muting the wine’s natural lift.
In the glass, the wine offers a vibrant mix of black cherry, cassis, and plum skin, layered with fresh tobacco leaf, graphite, and peppery herb. The palate is energetic but composed, carried by crisp acidity and fine-grained tannins that echo the Andean terroir.
