Breuckelen Distilling Glorious Gin

Glorious Gin starts with New York State wheat. Instead of making a neutral spirit, the wheat is distilled in such a way to retain the honey and buttery characteristics of the grain. Distillery goes on to redistill the wheat spirit in batches with one botanical at a time. This method captures the unique qualities of our juniper, fresh lemon peel, fresh grapefruit peel, ginger and rosemary. Each resulting botanical spirit is blended together with more of our wheat spirit to create the unique style of gin. 

Nose: Bright Citrus with Hints of Rosemary

Palate: Balance of Sweet Citrus & Juniper BODY: Medium Weight with Symmetry

Finish: Sweet With Notes of Ginger & Grapefruit
