ABOUT

Saika Yuzu Sake, also known as Yuzu Shu, is a delightful liqueur that blends the unique tartness and rich aroma of yuzu citrus with traditional Japanese sake. Produced by the Kokonoe Saika Co., Ltd in Wakayama Prefecture, this beverage stands out for its refreshing and fragrant profile. Established in 1908, Kokonoe Saika initially focused on vinegar production, which led to the creation of quality sake kasu used in their vinegar and sake production. Today, they produce a range of beverages that celebrate local agriculture, with most of the sake rice grown by the company's relatives.
