TastingNotes
- Nose: Vanilla and mint Palate: Light caramel, hints of vanilla, peach, fresh and dried apricot, smoked spices like paprika and chipotle, soft and creamy texture
- Finish: medium finish, fresh and minty spiciness, subtle tannins
- With a couple of drops of water: opens up a fair amount on the palate, gives a lot more fruit, and also exposes some leathery notes. The bottle could benefit from some time and air to get the most out of it - it has in our tasting post-selection.
