Coming from a distillery with a rich whiskey history, this modern gin is a passion project of one of the Beam brothers, meaning he grows 8 of the 17 botanicals himself. A Mediterranean herbal and citrusy nose with thyme and rosemary give way to honeysuckle and lemon verbena on the palate, along with coriander and oranges. Finishes spicy and fresh.
