To make Winter Gin, we hand-picked and macerated indigenous Catskill Mountain apples, diced dried pears, and Assam tea. This limited edition gin is a malty, full-bodied sipper with hints of cocoa and spice, and is perfect for incorporating in Old Fashioned or Manhattan riffs, Martinez variations, mulled ciders and hot toddies.
