Kings County Distillery and Brooklyn Grange Honey "Flavored" Whiskey

Honey Moonshine (or Honeymoon Shine, if you prefer) is Kings County moonshine infused for about six months with full honeycomb frames from Brooklyn Grange, a rooftop farm a few buildings down from the distillery the Navy Yard. The honey infusion is made entirely from the honey, wax and propolis of NYC-residing bees. This whiskey is bottled unfiltered at 40% abv, and each bottle has a little bit of honeycomb residue. While honey may not actually help with your allergies, this whiskey will certainly help you forget them.
