Oka Japanese Gin

Oka Japanese Gin is crafted by the renowned Tsutsumi Distillery in the Kumamoto Prefecture, Japan. This gin is pot-distilled from 100% rice, showcasing the purity and smoothness for which Japanese spirits are known. Featuring a unique botanical mix, Oka Gin incorporates Macedonian and Himalayan juniper, adding depth with young ginger and seasonal citrus like yuzu, sudachi, and Satsuma mandarin. Distilled six times in a copper-lined still, it offers a rich and complex profile ideal for various cocktail applications, from highballs to classic Negronis.

Nose: Bold aromas of juniper, yuzu, sansho peppercorn, and orange oil.

Palate: Spicy and vibrant, highlighting piney juniper, earthy ginger, and lime zest, balanced with Mandarin orange and soft rice sweetness.
