Oka Japanese Vodka is a premium rice-based vodka crafted in the Kumamoto Prefecture, the heart of Kyushu, Japan. Produced by the Tsutsumi Distillery, which boasts a 150-year tradition in spirit making, this vodka is distilled five times using a copper-lined pot still and fermented with sake brewer's yeast over 7–10 days. It is then filtered through bincho tan, a Japanese artisanal charcoal known for its exceptional purity. This meticulous process gives Oka Vodka a smooth, clean taste with delicate floral aromas reminiscent of ginjo sake. It is elegantly crafted for modern cocktail enthusiasts.
