Produced by Bonnet-Ponson, this cuvée is made exclusively from Pinot Noir grown on Premier Cru slopes of the Montagne de Reims. The wine is vinified with a strong emphasis on transparency and structure, using restrained cellar techniques to preserve site expression rather than house gloss. As a millésimé Extra Brut Champagne, it reflects the character of the 2016 growing season while maintaining razor-sharp balance through very low dosage. TASTING NOTES

Nose
