Brooklyn Cider House's Bone Dry Cider is a homage to traditional American dry ciders, meticulously crafted to highlight the pure essence of freshly harvested apples from their Twin Star Orchards in New Paltz, New York. This cider is fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged on the lees for 10 to 12 months, followed by light carbonation to achieve a crisp and refreshing profile. The result is a cider that balances finesse and intensity, offering a clean mouthfeel complemented by bitter notes and a robust acidity. 

 

TASTING NOTES

Nose:
The aromatic profile is a sophisticated blend of earthy and fruit-driven notes. Aromas of green apple skin, fresh pear, and citrus zest mingle with subtle hints of wet stone and wild herbs. As the cider opens, delicate floral nuances and a whisper of freshly baked bread add further complexity to the bouquet.
