2021 Apostolidi Paliochori Sauvignon Blanc

It has a light yellow color, characteristic of the variety, with a bit of green. The nose has good aromatic intensity with exotic fruits such as passion fruit and kiwi, with a very soft jasmine floral character. The lime is intense throughout, with herbal notes of grass and some chamomile botanicals, appearing more in the mouth.

In the mouth it is fruity and balanced with medium (+) acidity, with green fruits dominating, mainly green apple. Medium finish.
