Bénédicte et Stéphane Tissot Arbois D.D.
A blend of 40% each Pinot Noir and Trousseau and 20% Poulsard. The Pinot Noir was not destemmed and had a maceration of one month, and the Poulsard and Trousseau were destemmed by hand and had a long maceration of around three months. This was vinified and bottled without any added sulfur. It has bright red fruit and pungent flavors, a light to medium body and very fine tannins. It’s tasty and easy to drink, with a tender texture.
