Appearance : This cuvée, with reflections of straw yellow, stands out by the finesse of its slowly rising bubbles and its persistent and abounding mousse.

Fermentation: Long and Low temperatures vinification to preserve freshness and aromas
Aging: 3.5 years on the lees to ensure perfect quality when we release out wines
Very low dosage: Below 10g/L to respect the harmony and perfect balance. 40% of this cuvee is made of reserve wines
