2015 Black Elephant Vintners Rubber Duck Pinotage

The fruit for our Three Men in a Tub Pinotage 2015 was selected from 2 old bushvine vineyards, one on Scherpenheuwel in Franschhoek and the other growing in "Die Perskoen" ward of Wellington. Both vineyards growing on decomposed granite soils which are ideal for the production of Pinotage as it allows for even growing and ripening a swell as naturally controlling vigour and crop levels.
