Castello di Verduno Bellis Perennis Pelaverga Bianco
ABOUT
ABOUT
The winery wanted to have a white wine to offer to customers at their agriturismo. Rather than plant a foreign variety or even Arneis or Cortese, they decided to experiment by vinifying their Pelaverga in a white version. The resulting wine is a resounding success - great texture and minerality. Some of the Castello di Verduno wines have a drawing of a flower found in the wine's vineyards. Bellis Perennis is the latin name of the common daisy.
