Sites : Pinot is grown on the lower slopes of Meursault on clay and limestone so deep. Gamay is grown on the hillsides of Morgon on granitic volcanic soils.
History and tradition :
Connivance : intelligence with someone, secret understanding; convergence in intentions and/or in action. This connivance was born of the complicity of two lovers of their land, Burgundy and Beaujolais. It symbolizes friendship and sharing. This bond of friendship is expressed by the delicacy, delicacy and poetry of their two fruits. The spirit of every winemaker is present.
