Cutter Cascadia Ashes Dolcetto

Another stunner from winemaker, Michael Garofola. Ashes to Ashes is 100% Dolcetto, sourced from a high-elevation site in the western Hood River Valley. Michael does all the labor-intensive handwork at this tiny half-acre block, and it shows. The partially-carbonic wine is juicy, with a bit of earthiness and a touch of smoke, all tied together with the grape's characteristic lifting acidity. A very drinkable everyday treat for the cooler seasons ahead, we'll be pairing this with everything from hearty beef stews to roasted turkey.
