Cyril & Jean-Mi Rouge

Cyril & Jean-Mi Rouge is a collaborative creation between two seasoned French vintners, Cyril and Jean-Michel, reflecting their shared passion for natural winemaking. This 2023 Vin de France red wine is a blend of organically grown Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grapes, sourced from Cyril's 50-hectare certified organic vineyard near Nîmes in the Languedoc region. The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented separately in large concrete vats with a 10-day maceration period before blending. The wine rests in stainless steel vats for several months and is bottled with minimal sulfur addition, embodying a low-intervention approach that highlights the authenticity of the terroir.
