Burgundy is rarely approachable in its youth nor affordable. This chardonnay from Famille Paquet achieves both rarities. It's bright, fresh, bursting with citrus and ready to go. You could lay it down for a few years if you choose, but no need to at all. Strong in their convictions and their attachment to the land, the estate is committed to a viticulture that respects people, nature and the soil. They have converted to and are practicing organic agriculture and 2021 will mark the first certified vintage.
