Iwai Tradition finished in Japanese chestnut casks for 4 months.

 

Mash bill of 70% corn and 30% malted barley aged between 2–5 years in ex-bourbon, sherry, and American oak casks before finishing

 

Brown sugar, maple syrup, and toasted grains on the nose, gentle tannin on the mid-palate lends structure to a rich maltiness. An elegant finish lingers long with notes of cacao.
