Jewels & Binoculars Riesling Dry Finger Lakes

Made in collaboration with Bellwether Wine Cellars, all of the Riesling is culled from vineyards on the west side of Seneca Lake. A blend of several vintages that spent varying amounts of time on gross lees in mostly stainless steel tanks, this is a light and refreshing dry white. It features soaring acidity, yet is fruit-forward and has a savory quality. Pair with pork spiedies and Italian-American white bread.
