Sourced from high-altitude vineyards in Catalonia, the classic trio of Macabeo, Xarel·lo, and Parellada ripens slowly, developing layered citrus and orchard-fruit notes while maintaining the bright acidity essential for top-quality Cava.
The base wines ferment in stainless steel for clarity, then undergo the traditional method second fermentation in bottle, resting on the lees long enough to develop a gentle creaminess beneath the crisp fruit. The result is a sparkling wine with both energy and refinement—lively bubbles carry lemon, green apple, and subtle floral tones, all grounded by a soft mineral edge that hints at Catalonia's limestone soils.
