Patrick Piuze Terroir De Chichee Chablis

Chichée is near the 1er Cru Vaucoupin vineyard. Situated on a plateau, the wines are dictated by the winds of the vintage: if it’s from the south, the wines have a warm character; from the north, cooler notes. Vinified and aged in tank. Very mineral with bright grapefruit.
