2020 Pierre Cotton Cote de Brouilly 100% Cotton

Former motorcycle mechanic turned vigneron, Pierre Cotton's holdings now cover 5 hectares across some of Beaujolais' most prestigious growing sites. Fruit for 'Brouilly' comes from organically farmed 65-year old vines rooted in pink granite, aged eight months in used oak. The final wine is refreshing and red-fruited, noted with flavors of wet stones and earth. Perfect with pizza, pasta, or roast chicken!
