Scribe Winery Carneros Pinot Noir Nouveau

These Pinot Noir grapes were hand harvested from the Scribe Winery Carneros vineyard. The fruit underwent a 9 day, 100% whole cluster carbonic maceration in stainless steel. The juice was then pressed off the skins and fermentation was completed in tank, and then bottled on October 29th without filtration or fining.
