Shiokawa Cowboy Yamahai Junmai Ginjo Genshu Sake
ABOUT
ABOUT
At first glance this might seem like a bit of a gimmick, but Japan actually has a long history for being obsessed with western films and cowboys. Taste this sake and you’ll get the name. The nose is smoky, cocoa-y, with notes of beef jerky. Being junmai ginjo it’s round and refined on the finish, but undeniably masculine and broad. A red wine drinker’s sake if there ever was one. Niigata Shuzo Kotekimai.
