Sustainable. 100% Teroldego. From Southold’s own vineyards on sandy loam soil. Hand-harvested, sorted and fermented (50% whole cluster) with no additions. Foot-treading to start then gentle punchdowns and pressed off after 2 weeks then aged 5 months in large neutral French oak. Dark smoky fruit, yet fresh and lively. 250 cs produced.
