Sumarroca Cava Ya Cuvee 23 Brut Reserve

Estate grown and bottled by Familia Sumarroca. Ya means "yes!" in Spain. In their quest to make a great cava, Familia Sumarroca blind tasted over a dozen "grower cavas;" then down in the cellar, they spent many hours tasting cuvees to create this blend. They lost count at 23 and reached a consensus with Ya!

TastingNotes

With yellow apple, peach, pear and apricot fruit, notes of yeast and a touch of petrol bolstered by the minerality you expect from Cava.

Food Pairing

Perfect as an apertif to any meal or simply as a stand alone mood-booster. Would work well with hard cheeses like manchego but won't shy away from shellfish, poultry, or even caviar.
