Grapes were hand-picked, sorted and gently pressed. Chardonnay (60%) and Pinot Noir (40%) were fermented separately in stainless steel for 15 days. After blending the wine is filtered and stabilized . The second fermentation carried out using the Charmat method. The wine aged on its lees for 60 days.
