Veuve Ambal Cremant de Bourgogne Brut Blanc de Blancs
ABOUT
ABOUT
Veuve Ambal specialises in sparkling wine from the Burgundy region in France, but they can't call it Champagne. This one is made the same way as Champagne, but from a blend of white grapes, including chardonnay. It's quite fine and delicate in style, with aromas of citrus and honeysuckle. The palate is quite dry with a stone fruit centre, and a talcy mineral finish. It's amazing value for a touch of the exotic.
TastingNotesPale yellow in colour this Blanc de Blancs has a remarkably fine and full mousse. The fruity bouquet shows peach and apricot notes. The palate is creamy and soft. The finish clean and zesty.
