All off the varieties are fermented seperately and aged in seasoned wood. With this wine, it’s less about the varieties but more about achieving a structural yet fruit forward, dry style of rose that you just want to take to park/beach/hills and enjoyed with friends/family/lover(s).

TastingNotesCrushed plum and fig with hints of lemon/lime. Very uplifting nose. Soft vanilla touches in back ground. Bright start of the pallet with flowers in mid pallet and lemon squash to finish it off. Definitely a smashable rose
